Once you have dialled into Intertech Country Internet you can then start Explorer by double clicking the left mouse button on the Internet icon on the desktop. Once started in the long white field at the top called either Address or Open type in your home page shown on the Customer Connection Details Sheet. This will take you to Intertech Country Internet's home page. This is the most efficient way to start Explorer. Next go to the View menu and select Options.
Click on the Start and Search Pages option. Click Use Current. This will make our home page the first place Explorer will go when you start. By clicking the small down arrow near the Start Page you can also select Search Page. To use this go to your favourite search engine and then bring this window up and select Your Search Page then Use Current. A good Search Engine is Yahoo.
If you want to use Internet Explorer to read News groups you will need to fill in the News tab.
