We have now exported our old accounting system over to the new system.
There maybe some extra email addresses that may not have been able to be copied over to the new system so if you have any problems with your extra addresses please let us know ASAP so we can put them back into the system for you.
A new feature of the new system is that you will be able to look up your own account balance by logging into the new system. More details of this will become available in the coming weeks.

If you have paid your account by Bpay or Direct deposit make sure you put your correct details in the appropriate boxes as we have received payments that have no names or reference numbers on them so we have no idea who paid the account. Make sure you use the current invoice number and not an old number from a previous account as these numbers change with each billing cycle. Please ensure you use the payment advice form on the left of the main home page so we can at least know who has paid and can then match up the payments that we received. Thank you.

Overview : Microsoft Update KB951748 is known to cause loss of internet access for ZoneAlarm users on Windows XP/2000.
Windows Vista users are not affected.

"Optus confirmed at approximately 7.53 am, a fibre optic cable was broken near Molendinar west of Surfers Paradise which affected services to Queensland", said Optus Director of Network Operations, Peter Sutherland.
This affeccted clients being unable to connected to the internet in several states.
"Services were restored at 12 noon today as technicians repaired damage to Optus' cable. The cut was caused by excavation work by non Optus contractors installing a pipe on the Gold Coast."

Our new accounting system will be online in March.

Please be aware that the new system will suspend your access to the internet if you have an overdue amount on your account so please make sure that you have paid your account.
