BPAY via online banking posted by admin on 08-12-2011 09:11
If you pay your account by bpay via your online banking service please make sure you type in the correct numbers relating to your account as recently there have been some clients that have accidently inputed the wrong numbers and their payments have ended up in someone elses account. It then takes us many hours of work to try and find these incorrect payments.

FAKE Telstra-Bigpond EMAILS posted by admin on 08-12-2011 09:05
There is an email going around stating "Telstra BigPond is sending you this e-mail to inform you that our service to you could be suspended" and asks you to confirm and update your billing information.

:@
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT click on any links and delete the email right away. This is fake and it is trying to get your private information.

You should never get an email from them regarding your internet service.

Please log into your online webmail account (use the button on the right Webmail/Squirrel Mail) and empty/delete your trash folders.

Our system will very shortly automatically start to do this if you do not do it soon. We will not be resposible for any loss of emails once the system starts the deletion process.

The deletion process has now been completed.

We are semi-retiring and closing our shop! posted by admin on 29-04-2011 14:39
We are semi-retiring and closing our shop!
Don't panic yet, read on.......

Firstly we would like to thank you for being a client of ours whether you have been an Internet client, a client purchasing your computer and accessories from our shop or as part of our computer repair department.

As we said don't panic, we are still operating but not from a shop front

As a courtesy we are letting you know that over the next few weeks you will notice a sign on our shop front window saying we are going into semi-retirement as from the 30th of June, as mentioned above, don't panic yet. Our Interent and Computer Repair departments will still continue with the same friendly service we have always provided. You can still contact us on our normal phone number (08 8723 6262) or on our 1300 number (1300 558 879). We will continue to provide you with Internet Services as well as providing new connections and Business and Private website hosting and design services.

Paying Your Account
We hear you say, "how do I pay my account now if you have no shop?", well nothing much has really changed as far as that is concerned as we have many methods available to you to pay your account as you can see below.

You have the choice of:

Direct Deposit
Our Direct Deposit Details :
BSB No.: 085-756
Account No.: 621870340
Account Name: Coringol Enterprises Pty Ltd

Bpay (post office)
Our BPay Details :
Biller Code:716597
ref:your reference code no.(shown on your invoice)

Phone
You can still phone us with your credit card details as we will still continue to have credit card/eftpos facilities.

Cash
If you still want to pay your account like you do now when you come into the shop the only thing that will change is that you will now do it at the post office.
You will need to contact us first and we will post out and provide you with a bpay number you can use at the post office that will let us know it is you.

Computer Sales and Service.
We will still be able to sell new computers whether they be custom built or laptops, this also includes all computer peripherals (operating system cds, modems, keyboards, portable drives/enclosures, monitors and so on) basicaly the same as we do now but without the shop front.

Computer Repairs
Our computer repair departmet will continue to provide support for all of your computer repair and upgrade needs.
Since we will no longer have a shop we will be offering a pick up and delivery service (only in the local Mount Gambier area)
Please note: all repairs are cash on delivery.

Once again thank you for your present or past support, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
Brian and Elva Shephard

We are not mind readers........ posted by admin on 01-02-2011 20:11
Some clients have been paying their account by bpay, however they are not giving us any name or reference information so we have no idea who paid the money into our account as has happened in the last few days. :s

If you have paid your account please make sure you use the "I Paid My Account" (button on the right on the home page) and let us know you have paid it so we can match it up with our bpay statements.
