Intertech Country Client Newsletter - July 2010 posted by admin on 01-07-2010 19:28
|
If you don't read anything else read this about your account......
Your Account Invoice/Statement
Intertech Country has an important change that will be happening next month regarding the invoice/statement of your account. Due to the ever increasing costs of postage we will now be sending all accounts to you by email and as such we require the correct email address that you are using to get your emails. (If you are using your @icisp.net.au email address then you do not need to let us know).
If you are using a different email address to get your email such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, windows live or any other email company you will need to inform us so we can send your account to this address, not informing us is no excuse for saying you did not get your account (we don’t want to suspend you because you have not paid it).
The account/statements will be sent as a .pdf file, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to open the file. If you do not have acrobat reader on your computer call into our shop and you can borrow our copy or if you are not sure give us a call and we can talk to you about it.
When you get the email it will have in the Subject line “From Coringol Enterprises Pty Ltd” so this way you will know it is actually from us. The names of the pdf files will either be “Esale.pdf” or “EStatement.pdf”. If you get any other emails that is supposed to be from us and does not have the Coringol Enterprises Pty Ltd in the subject line it is not from us and you should delete them.
Intertech Country will never send an email requesting your username and password as we have this information on file. In the event we need to contact you regarding this we will always contact you via telephone.
If you give your username and password to anyone not authorised to use your account and your account is breached/hacked there is a $35.00 Administration fee to alter your email account and login details.
Is your Home Page ours?
If you have your homepage set to some other page other than ours you will miss out on any important news or urgent warnings. Urgent warnings are shown on the homepage, this and other Members News can be found by clicking on the icon on the homepage on the right side of the page. Remember Google search is on our homepage.
Do you want us to add New Sections to our website?
If you would like other things added to our website in the way of links or new sections please send us an email and let us know what you would like.
AVG Anti Virus
Just a friendly reminder to make sure that your Anti Virus program is up to date.
If you still using version 8.5 of AVG please upgrade to version 9.
Version 8.5 is no longer supported.
Satellite Internet
Intertech Country is pleased to announce that we are now an Authourised Dealer for Activ8 Satellite Internet. If you can’t get normal Broadband, Satellite might be the way to go.

Webmail/Spam posted by admin on 26-08-2009 10:44

Attention all clients
Please read the news section on the right regarding a fake email about
your webmail account.
DO NOT Reply to any of these emails.
Due to clients replying to the fake email as they did not read out front
page news (which is why we put new there for your information) we
have been blacklisted due to the amount of spam now being sent.
This has clogged up the server, we are doing our best to fix the problem.
We have done a system check on the webamail system and noticed that a lot
of users have NOT cleaned out their sent and deleted items from these
folders in some cases the result has been over 2 gigs worth of emails still
sitting there which is clogging up the system for other users. If you use the
webmail system you have until the 7th of September to clean these out if not
we will be forced to go in and clean them out.
If you require further information please contact us. read more...
