can't open or view any attachments in my email

You may have
this turned off in your outlook express, to turn it on do the following......
Start your
outlook express email program, now click on TOOLS link at
the top, then click on OPTIONS

Now click
on the SECURITY tab Make sure there is no tick in
the "Do
not allow attachments to be saved or opened....".
if there is a tick click inside the box and remove it. Now click
on the APPLY button then click on the OK button

We send our
invoices to you in Adobe Acrobat PDF file format as an attachment
which you may not be able to open from your email program,
if you can't you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
