Welcome
to Intertech Country's Accounting System, if you have not used this system
before this tutorial will guide you through on how to use it.See below to view details for each
section of the Accouting System.
Login In | Personal Details | Account Balance | Usage | Block Hour Users To access the system you will need to log into it. If
you are a Dial-up user please use your full email address
(e.g. you@icisp.net.au) in the top box and then type in your passoword
into the bottom box then click on the login button. ("you"
being your real username) If
you are a Broadband (ADSL) user please use your full
email address but with dsl. after the @ sign After
you login you will see a menu on the left side of your screen. To view your Personal Details click on the "personal details" button, a new menu on the right will show up.
To
view your current Account
Balance
click the "account button" on the left side menu You will then see your current balance. It will either tell you that you are in credit or your owe money.
To
view your current Usage
click on the Services + (this should already be open to view) click
on the "View" button on the right side of
the screen in the section that best suits your connection.
please note: If you are on a block account plan your account balance will not change until the next billing period however you can work out your account balance by going into the view area (shown above) to see how many hours remaining you have left. Now you will need to multiply the remaining total by your plan hourly rate.
To
