Shipping - Postage - Collections
We send packages via Australian Post or via Couriers. These methods are secure and require a signature at the other end. Please make sure there is someone available to collect your order and sign for it. If there is no one there at the time a calling card may be left and you may be required to pick your order up from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery. Please also note the shipping carrier may charge extra for this service.
If you live locally in the Mount Gambier area you can collect your goods from 2 Beech Street or we can deliver it to your place. Please phone us on 8723 6262 to ensure that we are there to be able to give you your products.
Overseas orders
Please note that we DO NOT accept overseas orders.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We will only refund or credit you if the product is dead on arrival (DOA). We suggest you to make your decision carefully because all stock on this cart is ordered in especially for you and we will not refund you if you have simply "changed your mind".
Some orders may take a day or two longer than stated. This is because a product you have ordered may not be in our warehouse. We may not have some items in stock at the time of order and may have to pick them up from our distributors. This way we can provide you with an up-to-the-minute market price for the product.
If an item is "out of stock" you will be notified. |
